Marzare retains all rights to all custom designs for apparel, promotional, and marketing items done by Marzare LLC. These custom designs are not for sale and may not be reproduced for profit by anyone without written consent from Marzare LLC. Please email [email protected] with any further questions on custom illustrations, character development, licensing and resale usage.
There is no minimum for sublimation orders.
For complex designs - You will receive your proof(s) within 1-2 weeks from payment date. Once the client has approved their final design, we will need a written approval (via email) before being sent into production. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.
For non-complex designs - You will receive your proof(s) within 3-7 days from payment date. Once the client has approved their final design, we will need a written approval (via email) before being sent into production. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.

There is a 12pc minimum for all screenprinted orders. The pieces printed can be a mixture of shirts, mask, sweatpants, etc.

There is a one-time digitizing fee of $80 (per design) in addition to the cost to embroider the garment. Once a design is digitized, the size or design cannot be adjusted; only thread colors can be changed. The design is then kept on file for future use. The digitizing fee will be waived if you use a design that has already been saved in our system or if you send us the digitized file. If the design needs to be resized or have the art adjusted, you will have to pay the digitizing fee to re-digitize it.
